Rev. Jamie Booth
My name is Jamie Booth. I’ve most recently served as the Associate Pastor at Tempe First UMC & the Director of the United Methodist Campus Ministries at Arizona State University. I currently serve a two point charge with the Bridge UMC.
Prior to pastoring, I was a young adult missionary where I was instrumental in forming an immigrant shelter named the Inn. Located in Tucson, this shelter provides hospitality to families seeking asylum. In both of these roles, I have mobilized community members in order to reach out to share the love of Christ. Likewise, I have used my social work training in order to assess how the organizations are running and have recommended changes to make both organizations run more smoothly. I live in Scottsdale with my two grandsons.
