We do not get through life without grieving. Death of a loved one, divorce, loss of a pet, loss of a job, empty nest syndrome, moving away from home, serious illness or injury. Loss comes in many forms. Understanding the grieving process, what is normal, and what to expect can, in itself, provide comfort for people experiencing a loss. Rafael Martinez, LCSW, Director of Behavioral Health with NOAH, will speak on the grief process and what resources are available in our community. We begin with a meal at 5:30 pm and the program begins at 6 pm, with a time for questions to follow. There is no cost for this program or meal. A good-will offering will be accepted to offset the cost of the food for those who choose to donate
